Our Recruitment Process

Villa Bambini aims to maintain a high quality recruitment process for all our prospective educators. We aim to adopt a fair approach to the recruitment of all educators. We are continually reflecting on our recruitment practices to ensure that the right educators are employed to educate and care for our children.

Recruitment Approach

Villa Bambini is an equal opportunity employer and as such accepts applications from all candidates who possess the correct qualifications and experience for the positions advertised.

A minimum requirement of Certificate 3 in Children’s Services is required for any position. All Lead Educators at Villa Bambini must be Diploma qualified and our kindergarten program requires a bachelor-trained applicant.

A current Level 2 first aid certificate, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis is a requirement as well as a valid working with children’s check.

All candidates considered suitable for an interview will be notified via email of a proposed time and date for the interview process to take place. Suitable candidates will be notified of their success or otherwise with regards to their application.
